Cancellations within the 48hr will be charged 50% of services booked with booking fee being forfeited. No Show/Same day cancellation will be charged 100% of services booked and booking fee is forfeited. Cancellations/reschedules prior to the 48hrs time period will have their booking fee/deposit held for rescheduled future appointment. Booking fee is NONE refundable however it is transferable. Please reach out to us should you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid booking fee/deposit being forfeited.
